I had a good stay at Qianmen Courtyard Hotel, enjoying its excellent location just steps from Qianmen Street and close to public transport. However, the facilities were a bit dated and there were some cleanliness issues. Overall, I appreciated the character of the hotel, but there were definitely some things that could be improved.

My stay at Qianmen Courtyard Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of all the action near Tiananmen Square, which I loved… However, the hotel itself was quite dated and cleanliness was an issue, with dust in places that hadn’t been cleaned well. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the overall experience felt a bit shabby, and I likely won't return.

I cannot praise the front desk staff enough! They were genuinely helpful and spoke excellent English, making my stay so much easier. They even assisted me when I sprained my ankle outside the room, which was really kind.

I had a unique stay at Qianmen Courtyard Hotel. the traditional courtyard was charming and rich in history. The location was excellent, just a short walk from major attractions like Tiananmen Square. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action and close to local dining options, but the room left much to be desired due to its outdated fixtures.
